Document Management Solutions
We have various contact centres pan India and our team reaches out to them to receive
the document. The document are then are then inwarded with the barcode number in
Sigma Software. The audit is carried on and then decided which documents should
be accepted or rejected. The accepted documents are processed further and are entered
in the online CRM and are dispatched to respective hubs. We enable digitization
of documents in a distributed environment, warehousing and retrieval for all regulatory
requirements.
Field Fulfillment
Once the documents are managed, our team reaches out to the physical location and
manually verifies the address. We have the last mile reach across North, West and
East India managed effectively through in-house PDA apps and Google fencing.
